By any chance are any or all of your NetBeans project files in the autodeploy directory or a subdirectory of it?

The NetBeans deploy function uses an API to communicate with the server to request deployment of the application. This is different from autodeployment and none of the NetBeans files should be in the autodeploy directory tree.
