Hi, I am wondering if this has anything to do with the problem
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/usr/local/glassfish/domains/domain1/generated/xml/j2ee-modules/DeployServic
e_20070503_3/META-INF/webservices.xml (No such file or directory).
Is there a registry I can remove this from, the app doesn't exist nor do the
folders

Can you try this in linux any way and see if it helps...
Also, what is the limit of file descriptors in your system.
If it is low, you could try and increase it.
