I'm guessing that the 0.0.0.0 is for all external IP addresses. You probably only need to change that if you have multiple ethernet interfaces on your machine and you only wish to listen on a single interface.
127.0.0.1 is for connections from the local machine.. I would leave them all alone or check the docs.. I'm a newbie also :)
