com.sun.faces.config.ManagedBeanFactoryImpl doesn't parse persistence annotations so please check your web app code.
Also, if you inject or lookup EM or EMF in your application, you do not need to specify toplink.target-server property when running in GlassFish - the correct value will be added by the PU loading code.
