ok, i found two empty boxes i could use.
steps i did on server:
download latest version of java from sun. 1.6 update 1
download latest version of firefox.
download production version of glassfish v1
installed firefox
installed java
installed glassfish
(took default settings in all installs)
start glassfish.
deployed this application client module:
http://www.geocities.com/derek_111/ApplicationClientTest.jar
opened the link to the application from the server computer and got the same problem as before.
i then setup a client computer as follows:
downloaded firefox
downloaded latest version of java
installed firefox
installed java
opened the link to the application from the client computer and got the same problem as before.
should i not use the latest version of the jdk?
any hints?
