% java -jar glassfish-installer-v2- b41.jar creates a
'glassfish' directory. Have you done this step first?
You should then invoke ANT from that directory which
should contain setup.xml and setup-cluster.xml.
Note that GlassFish V2 beta 2 is build 41d
(
https://glassfish.dev.java.net//downloads/v2-b41d.html)
and is worth indeed between 63MB and 70MB.
