Thanks for that, I have looked there and all I have is
<keep-alive max-connections="256" thread-count="100"
timeout-in-seconds="30"/>
Now there is a property called
<property name="maxKeepAliveRequests" value="1"/>
Inside the listener config but this doesn't seem to behave the way it is
expected.

In domain.xml, look for the <keep-alive...> element.
