This old issue which was marked as resolved last december is causing me problems. When using GFv2 b41, JDK 1.6 and PostgreSQL 8.2 with JDBC 3 drives I can't access the database at all, as it tries to call get/setClientInfo (JDBC 4 methods) and crashes. The PG JDBC 4 drivers "work", but since all JDBC 4 methods just throw "not yet implemented" exceptions I get ~230 lines of stacktrace for each HTTP call that uses the database, which is rather undesirable.
I'm not able to add any comments to that issue. Should I open a new issue, or is this just something that can't be improved?
