Documentation (spec[1], GlassFish, ...) makes it clear that the use of
'mappedName' is not portable across containers. Can a combination of
activationConfig / @ActivationConfigProperty be used to provide a
portable equivalent on GlassFish? What is the 'propertyName' to use
and are there any 'propertyValue' restrictions?
