good point. I did not know about the asadmin way of deploying jars, I just copied the two jar files manually into the applibs directory and restarted the server. As for the war file, I'm using Netbeans 5.5.1 to do the deployment so I assume it's done correctly.

Tomorrow morning (in about 14 hours) I'll try to deploy the two jar files this way via asadmin and report back to you, I'd love to see that working correctly.
