I don't know if this helps but,

I finally found the jar file that contains the SAXParserHandler you mention.
It is located in the appserv-rt.jar file which is located in the directory ${install-dir}/lib
The xerces.jar file is in the directory ${java-jdk-dir}/jre/lib/ext
