Hi, Todd
A similar issue was reported before, and the cause was that
"${path.separator}" did not get resolved to ";" in windows for the
classpath-suffix.
Could you please try if replacing the ${path.separator} in your
classpath-suffix with ";" in domain.xml solve this issue? We have a
diagnostic patch which we could send to you if this is not the same problem.
Siva: do you remember what was the final resolution to the similar
problem that was reported previously?
