This is a minor issue with the unix install script, but I filed an issue
for it anyway:

Whenever the unix install script is used, a directory called
"glassfish3" automatically is created in my home dir. Whatever action I
do (cancel the wizard, complete installation) that directory is not
removed, even when I specify a different installation location.
