Thanks for the confirmation. I can also say that it happens when Glassfish
is not installed as a service.

This...seems rather critical, yes? Is there some way to escalate this bug,
or...? Do I just up the priority myself, or is there a process, or...?

Also, is there a way to mark this bug as FishCAT?
