Hi Richard,

Thanks a lot for trying to recreate. It could be your app has some
issue, so it fails to deploy,
then you try to fix the app, then redeploy, doing this several times,
then server got stuck.
GlassFish can be enhanced to handle this case better even if it is
application's fault.
"if I call a 'killall java' GlassFish does not shut down, I have to
killall -9 java to shut it down",
if you can find a way to recreate, developer may be able to look into
what caused it.
