[doc] Please help to review Quick Start Guide

Hi All,

We have many FishCAT members are newcomer to GlassFish. This Quick
Start Guide <http://wiki.glassfish.java.net/Wiki.jsp?page=QuickStartGuide>
will be your great way to get quick started with GlassFish. This doc is
only 14 page long,
if you spend 30 minutes reading it, you will learn quick start steps in
more than 10 major areas.
While learning, you can also help review this doc, [2] is the doc review
rule put together
by Gail. Thanks Gail :-)

attached file, click on it,
you will get it.

We are looking forward to see many new ids/faces in the review.
