I'm a writer on the GlassFish documentation team, responsible for
delivering the GlassFish v3 Troubleshooting Guide.
The purpose of the guide is to describe common issues you might
encounter when using GlassFish v3 and how to solve them. The guide is
currently under development. A PDF of the latest draft (Preview version)
is posted on this comment wiki page:

To make the book as useful as possible, your input is needed. Specifically:
- What in your opinion are the three most common issues users might
encounter in key areas such as installation, configuration, server
access, security, and others? Please send your input to me.
- If you have a description of a particular issue and its solution,
please send it to me.
- If you have review comments for the latest draft of the book, please
record them on the comment wiki page listed above. This includes
specific suggestions for improvement, specific details about information
that's missing (tools, issues, troubleshooting methodologies), and so on.
