- ensure that the server is not running. You can do this by looking at the java process or do 'asadmin list-domains'
- start the server
- goto http://localhost:4848
- if GUI still cannot launch, attach glassfishv3/glassfish/domains/domain1/logs/server.log

I am testing the Update Tool, build 46. When I click on Available Add-Ons and/or Available Updates, an error "Remote server issues..." is displayed. It was working perfectly fine when I had tested on the 27th of April.
