Hi Judy and Anissa,
Good news!! :-)

Both the issues(Loading of Admin GUI and Remote server issue of Update Tool)
 have got resolved in build 47.. !

However, there is a small change.

In Build 46, all the components under 'Available Add-Ons' and 'Available
Updates' were selected by default, and I was told that it is expected to
work that way. The same behavior is not seen in Build 47. Was this
intentionally changed?
