Following describe what bit to look for in the above link. Web
distribution only
supports web application no EJB, Glassfish distribution includes EJB
and more.

Web distribution Windows installer: glassfish-v3-web-ea-b##-windows.exe
GlassFish distribution: glassfish-v3-ea-b##.zip
GlassFish distribution Unix installer: glassfish-v3-ea-b##-unix.sh
GlassFish distribution Windows installer: glassfish-v3-ea-b##-windows.exe
Last but not least, the latest promotion build will always be named as:
latest-web-unix.sh
latest-web-windows.exe
latest-web.zip
latest-glassfish-unix.sh
latest-glassfish-windows.exe
latest-glassfish.zip
