Hi Wouter,

The ksh uninstaller problem is not yet fixed and it was filed as
[Issue 5580
<https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=5580>]
Uninstaller requires ksh
Currently, its priority is at P4, you might want to add your comments
and raise up the priority to P3 so that it gets more attention.

Please do file a RFE with high priority for the second issue.
