I have the same problem.
I have downloaded the latest v3 build (latest-glassfish-windows.exe, 18-Mar-2009 20:29, 56MB) from
http://download.java.net/glassfish/v3/promoted/.
While installation, It's stops at 41%.
I'm installing this on Windows Vista Business Version with jdk1.6.0_12.
Pls. find attached screenshot.

is it the installation that stops at 41% or the download itself stalliung at 41% ?.

Rahul,
That means the domain1 directory doesn't exist or not valid. Please install the latest v3 build and try to start the domain again.
