b26: updatetool broken?

Folks;

after unpacking the b26 build off the .zip archive, running / installing the
updatetool obviously doesn't work for me anymore:

- Running "glassfishv3-prelude/bin/updatetool" seems to work out well, a
folder "glassfishv3/updatetool/" is being created. This is the output of the
"updatetool" first run:

Software repository: http://pkg.glassfish.org/dev/linux/v3prelude/
Install image: /usr/local/opt/appsrv/glassfishv3-prelude/bin/..
Installing pkg packages.
Installing updatetool packages.
Registering notifier: Error: registration tool is missing.
Initialization complete.

- By then, trying to run "./bin/updatetool" in gfv3 root again does over and
over again prompt me whether I want to install the updatetool. Trying to run
"./updatetool/bin/updatetool" in the same place ends up like this:

./updatetool/bin/updatetool: 254:
/usr/local/opt/appsrv/glassfishv3-prelude/updatetool/bin/../../pkg/python2.4-minimal/bin/python:
not found

(indeed looking to ./pkg/ there is no python2.4-minimal). Known issue or
something wrong on my system? Platform is Ubuntu 8.04.1.

Cheers & best,
Kristian
