Hi Atreyee,

Thanks for trying.
 From the error message, it seems SJSAS_HOME variable was not set
correctly to the Glassfish V2 (AppServer)
Can you open the sjsas.prop file and double check for variable value and
other variables below as well?

    SJSAS_HOME
    MAIL_SERVER_NAME
    MAIL_USER
   AS_ADMIN_USER
   AS_ADMIN_PASSWORD
   .................
