The issue below is something that I think needs to be fixed in netbeans.
v3 (rails connector) needs to know the jruby install directory and that
is what the server log is complaining. Netbeans needs to set jruby.home
system property to jruby install location and it should work.

I have updated the issue with my evaluation and ccing Peter Williams who
might know whats going on on NB side.
