Hi Adam,
EJB 3.1 is not part of GlassFish v3 Prelude, but EJB 3.1 early access
is available through Update Center.

Thats why this support is not in the console.
Admin console is now modularized so that the GUI for EJB support will be
implemented as a plugin and should be available when you download EJB
3.1 from the update center. That said, we are still busy with v3
Prelude release, once that is over, we will work on the GUI plugin
for EJB 3.1
The ultimate goal is that gui support will come together with any
downloaded component.
