building the admingui by hand.
The code for installing the console and the port changes is not under
v3/admingui.
If you are building, you need to do 'mvn install' at the v3 directory.
Also noted that the web distribution, ie
v3/distribution/web/target/web.zip will not contain the metadata
information for the update center. So, you will see error in
server.log and the update center pages in the console will not show
anything in the table.
