Hi Survivant,
It is a known issue that nightly builds are different than promoted
builds. I have sent out an email to the user alias. Please see attached.
For the time being, you just have to use the promoted build.

Hi Terena,
I notice that promoted build includes the IPS meta data and admin
console ips is pre-installed.
However, nightly build doesn't include any of the Update Center meta
data, it is basically web.zip that we built. This means the admin
console war is not available, and when trying to download from update
center repository, there is no information to do that either.
Basically there is no way to access the admin console using a nightly build.
Is there a plan to fix the nightly build so that it includes the same
set of binaray as in promoted build ?
