I think the 'deploymentCount' should not be decreased if it is just
predeployment state.

    protected void cleanUpSessionManager() {
        deploymentCount--;
        if(deploymentCount > 0) {
            return;
        }
        state = STATE_UNDEPLOYED;
        removeSessionFromGlobalSessionManager();
    }

How about doing like below?
    if(state == STATE_DEPLOYED){
        deploymentCount--;
    }

One more question about the logger name. It's a trivial issue, but is it
okay if a session name contains dot(".") like below?
  file:/home/works/my.tests/toplink-
essentials-annotation-model-tests.jar-default

Others look good.
