Hi Marina,
I believe people will use JavaLog on SE. This will be particularly
common with people deploying to non-JPA compliant servers. (e.g. Tom Cat)
Have you had a look at the code in: EntityManagerSetupImpl.undeploy()
for your issues with redeployment. It seems like the changes you are
making will result in a session existing before it used to (before the
EntityManagerFactory in in the DEPLOYED state). In the undeploy method,
we are only cleaning up if the EMF is in DEPLOYED state. You may have
to write some code to allow clean up to work properly in states other
than DEPLOYED.
