- Updates to ignore removes on sync to database
- Multiple EntityManagers with the same name can now deploy
- Update the return type of ResultSetMappingQuery to List of Object
- Addition of some orm.xml tests

Tested through full build, QuickLook, entity-persistence-tests, and
internal TopLink tests
