What is being done to address that ? を、
「この問題に対処するために、どのようなことがなされているでしょうか?」
と訳すと、小竹さんのおっしゃるように、ちぐはぐな回答になってしまうのですが、
「これについて、どう対処するべきでしょうか ?」と訳せば、
回答の「JRuby の新しいリリースを使うことをお勧めします」と
マッチしませんか ?
