I'm trying this again. I added the 4.0_review tag, and Tom made it
4.0_approved, BUT when I looked at the tags this morning there weren't
any. So I just added the 4.0_review tag again (so I guess it needs to
be reviewed again).
However, I did get an error saying I don't have permission to update the
tags (I am logged in as per "normal").
Despite that error, I now DO see the tag I supposedly did not update.
So... I'm very confused.
In any case, I have a fix for this, I'd really like to check it in but I
also want to make sure I've followed the process...
