It's important we take action on this.
We could argue that the mailing list system should be smart/flexible enough to filter them out or even have a different "reply-to" configuration or even that we should have different approaches between DEV and USERS because the former has more Oracle folks but at the end of the day the USERS feedback can loud and clear so I'm supporting Ed's proposal as well. We can revisit later.
