As discussed with Bobby and Tom on a different email thread, JMS
requires an additional step for cluster upgrades. The
<instance-root>/imq folder will need to be manually copied over to the
3.1 instance after instance creation so that the config and message
stores are available in the upgraded setup. This is also required for
stand-alone instances however for DAS, this is handled as part of the
standard upgrade procedure. I have created a docs issue -
http://java.net/jira/browse/GLASSFISH-15158 to track inclusion of this
step in the upgrade documentation.
