I wasn't originally, but it was one of the steps I performed during my
attempts to resolve it. So, I am running 6.9.1 now, but it still gives
me the same error.

However, I just noticed that now I can open up modules, but the
top-level GF pom.xml gives me the "badly-formed" error...I guess that's
ok, since I don't need to open the top-level pom.
