Howdy,

Can someone tell me what the difference is between <gf>/lib/endorsed
and <gf>/modules endorsed?

I'm asking as part of issue 11753: when upgrading a v2 domain, there
is no module/endorsed directory. If I can simply create one and move
the jars from lib/endorsed into it, that'd be nice.
