The jars which are in modules/endorsed are osgi modules of the
jaxb/jaxws 2.2 apis which we want to override the JDK ones with. I do
not think we should copy jaxb and jaxws 2.1 jars from v2 to
lib/endorsed. Added Jerome and Sahoo for input
