3.1:

Thank you to those of you who have created issues so far. Please continue
to create feature issues for features you are working on for 3.1.
Assign feature issues to one of the 3.1 target milestones (3.1_ms02,
3.1_ms03, etc) so that they will appear in one of the milestone reports.
Also please take some time to review and provide feedback for functional
specs that have been assigned to you to review:

If the author has not provided a deadline for review feedback the overall
deadline is June 21.
