Issue 11736 [1] came up based on an email thread between some other
Oracle guys and Kin-Man and I. It's a performance related issue. I've
been asked by my manager to keep track of these sorts of issues and
using a "performance" tage in the keywords field seems logical.
Can someone please add this keyword? Currently, the only allowable
keywords are tp2-exclude and v3.0.1_approved.
