From the contact us of issue track error message,
I sent an email to webmaster_at_dev.java.net yesterday.
Eric Renaud replied and reproduced my issue.
cc cnsupport_at_collab.net and erenaud_at_collab.net to see if
someone is working on the slowness, failure operation, and
fault error message from issue tracker.
