There is hardly unanimous agreement here.

How much time is wasted? Seems like a false assumption. Is this
failure so hard to understand?

testAMXComplianceMonitorFailureCount___KNOWN_FAILURE_20090904_ISSUE_9355_IGNORE_FOR_NOW

So when the test is disabled, *more* bugs can go in undetected? There
is a larger picture to be understood.
