Looks I had checked in a logging.properties file that was in my
installation area into the workspace launcher tests. I will undo that now.
In addition I found the following files which are incorrect. they have
the old version of the logging.properties file. Are these used?
admin/server-mgmt/src/main/resources/logging.properties
admin/server-mgmt/src/main/resources/lib/templates/common/logging.properties
