Thanks for following through this issue.
From the svn log output, the first file
common/common-util/src/main/java/com/sun/enterprise/util/net/JarURIPattern.java
seems owned by the web container team.
And the second file
extras/upgrade/src/main/java/com/sun/enterprise/tools/upgrade/realm/RealmUpgrade.java
owned by the upgrade team
I have updated the issue with this information.
