As a step towards making web.zip a WEB-Profile distro, I've added EJB (EJB-Lite)
and XA support to web.zip.
As EJB-Lite does not include EJB Timer Service, it's currently available ONLY in
glassfish distro. Changes to the IPS packages that reflect the new content will
be coming soon.
