Don't use the 'Promoted Build' link for v2.1 on this page:
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/public/downloadsindex.html...
  The latest promoted build is not available via that link!

you need to follow the links off this announcement
(https://glassfish.dev.java.net/servlets/NewsItemView?newsItemID=6699)
to get to the link for b60a.

You can also find the link to the latest promoted builds on the home
page as a 'Download GlassFish NOW v2.1 builds' button in 'google ad
zone' on the right hand side....
