For the dev.builds: look where the job was running from Hudson console
output, then login to that machine using your own id. (internal network)

+ mvn -Dmaven.repo.local=/files/hudson/workspace/glassfish-v3-devbuild/v3/repository -e -U clean install -X

from the above you would notice the path to local repo. If you are on internal network, then you can access it directly from your mount point
with full path.
