Autodeployment has joined reload handling as dynamically configurable.
That is, if you modify the DAS configuration values for autodeployment
or reload handling those changes take effect immediately, without
requiring a server restart.
Autodeployment went into v3 before the configuration change notification
was fully in place, so now that config change notification is there it
was time for autodeployment to use it. Dynamic reloading (the .reload
feature) was dynamically reconfigurable before but also got a couple of
minor improvements.
