Use mvn -U when you build

I have switched to using HK2 version as 0.3.12-SNAPSHOT, because I am
not able to perform a HK2 release. The reason is I am not on SWAN right
now. The good thing is if you don't have correct HK2 binaries, then v3
build give you a compilation failure. Then you have to either do a HK2
build or use mvn -U while doing a v3 build. Once you use mvn -U, no need
in the subsequent builds until HK2 binaries change.

Thanks,
Sahoo
