It does download the jar. I can see
C:\software\Maven2.0.7\maven-2.0.7\repo\org\glassfish\javax.xml.stream\10.0-SNAPSHOT
newly created and filled with jars.
This is what is confusing. It gets what it needs and yet it complains
that resolution failed.
